Gonzalez, from the Satcher Health Leadership Institute at the Morehouse School of Medicine, as he draws a clear path from usable data to policy. J.C. will demo the Health Equity Tracker, created in 2020 to aggregate up-to-date demographic data on a range of conditions and determinants of health.
