MHDC and our Data Governance Collaborative (DGC) regularly review and comment on proposed regulations, addresses requests for information (RFI), and respond to congressional outreach efforts. Our aim is to guide the industry towards a future-facing, collaborative approach, while also gaining a comprehensive understanding of health data and health IT requirements, certifications, and programs mandated or offered by both the government and the industry.
