Driving Cost Savings
with Health IT:

A Sprint Approach to ACO Achievement

Achieving financial returns through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) ACO programs requires more than meeting EHR, reporting analytics, and quality improvement goals.

Successful organizations must have acute and ambulatory institutions that are engaged and aligned to act as one and progress towards their goals collectively.

Whether the goal is cost reduction or quality improvement, the human element of change management cannot be overlooked when it comes to ACO transformation.

Join speaker Jacob Goldstein, Arcadia Solutions VP of Ambulatory Solutions, to learn how you can implement necessary institutions to effectively drive and manage sustainable change as we discuss:

  • Clinical Governance
  • Kick-starting and accelerating change
  • Transforming a one-time push into sustained performance improvement
